Fulfilling the Vision
Lobo & Associates was awarded the contract to produce an historical documentary / centennial film for the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) and the country of Saudi Arabia.

This film truly demonstrates the unique capabilities of Lobo & Associates. Working with a client thousands of miles away, Lobo began with research and scouting trips to Saudi Arabia, then developed the script, the storyboard, and organized production shooting. In addition, Lobo was responsible for the cataloging of over 100 hours of archival media (film, video, historical photographs and contemporary footage) arriving daily from sources including the client, museums, the Library of Congress and private collections in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States. Utilizing advanced motion control systems and computer-generated graphic transitions, the film was produced by integrating these varied film formats into a stirring documentary. The original music was composed by blending authentic Middle Eastern and contemporary music, and the narration was recorded in eleven different languages. This film premiered on Saudi television at the onset of the centennial celebration and was distributed throughout the Gulf States and the world. Lobo was responsible for the release of both video and film formats (in eleven different languages). This production was completed in a very short period of time and its high degree of success would not have been achieved without the strong working relationship and mutual respect that developed between the client and Lobo.
